Notice of Shipping Fee Revision Due to Postal Rate Changes in Japan
(Overseas customers will remain the same as before.)
Due to postal rate changes effective from Tuesday, October 1st, Monads Records will revise the shipping fees for LP records sent as non-standard mail as follows:
For non-standard mail (without tracking or insurance):
- Up to 500g
Current rate: ¥510 → New rate: ¥660 - Up to 1kg
Current rate: ¥710 → New rate: ¥920 - Up to 2kg
Current rate: ¥1,040 → New rate: ¥1,350 - Up to 4kg
Current rate: ¥1,350 → New rate: ¥1,750
Maximum weight limit: 4kg.
For non-standard mail (with simple registered tracking and insurance):
- Up to 500g
Current rate: ¥860 → New rate: ¥1,010 - Up to 1kg
Current rate: ¥1,060 → New rate: ¥1,270 - Up to 2kg
Current rate: ¥1,390 → New rate: ¥1,700 - Up to 4kg
Current rate: ¥1,700 → New rate: ¥2,100
Maximum weight limit: 4kg.
Please note that there will be no changes to the shipping fees for 7-inch single EPs sent via Click Post or Yu-Mail (simple registered mail). These will remain at the current rates.
In an effort to minimize shipping costs, we have decided to discontinue the use of thick cardboard packaging for LP records. We kindly ask for your understanding regarding this change.
